For the MONOCOQUE FIBRE FRAMES, the unidirectional carbon in rolls is cut on the basis of computerised indications and is then manually overlaid at angles of 45 degrees. Each layer is 0,14 mm thick and up to 17 layers are needed for our monocoque frames. Three further overlaid layers are required to refinish the carbon frame (Weave overlay technique) and improve the elegance of this material.

The FIBRE BANDAGE FRAME is made with high modular carbon tubes, which are the lightest and strongest ones used for making frames. Only after the strictest verification through checking jigs, frames are numbered so as to have total quality guarantee.

The TITANIUM FRAME, is made with 3-2,5 tubing, specifically engineered for light weight., every gram of the tubing is under scrutiny with exacting testing and strict quality controls at every stage of production.

The ALUMINUM FRAMES, are made with light tubing low torsion profile specifically designed to reduce the torsion of the frame during accelerations and to reduce the weights thanks to asymmetrical reinforcements with different gauges.
